A: Our fees are based on a percentage of payments collected, which means we only get paid when our clients are paid.

Q: How are other medical support services offered?

A: We offer these value-added functions as standalone options, at a discounted rate, or even free as part of our basic Medical Billing Service Package.

Q: Do you process Worker’s Comp and auto accident claims?

A: Yes, we take care of all your billing needs.

Q: Where do the checks go?

A: Payments are always sent directly to your practice either through actual checks or EFT (Electronic funds Transfer). It is completely your choice. All that is needed is a copy of the EOB to properly credit the account.

Q: How will the transition be implemented?

A: We have an established system of implementation. When a new account is contracted, we see to it that transition will be implemented from an existing billing system to ours with the least hassle and gaps in medical reimbursement.

Q: Do you provide training for the staff?

A: Certainly. We assign an implementation coordinator who will serve as a liaison for your practice.

Q: My practice is not located in your direct vicinity. Would you still be able to service us?
